摘 要:油井生产受油藏、井况、地面等多方面影响,油井生产工况呈动态变化,时常发生故障,需要进行各种措施作业。主要研究针对出砂井出砂风险提前预测,有机地将知识网络、知识计算、大数据、专家经验相结合,构建油井画像,自动推送出砂管理措施实施时机,提供智能分析技术手段,支撑“一井一时一策”,持续改善油井生产状况。超前开展油井日常管理措施,实现油井故障发生的延缓甚至消除,有效降低油井检泵周期,减少油井措施后产水时长,延长油井生产时间,进一步提升油井产量,提高油井生产时率和寿命,降低油井维护成本,为实现老油田效益开发提供保障。Oil well production is affected by many aspects such as reservoir,well condition,ground,etc.The production condition of oil well changes dynamically,and failures often occur,requiring various measures.The main research is to predict the sand production risk in sand production wells in advance,organically combine knowledge network,knowledge calculation,big data,and expert experience to build oil well portraits,automatically push the implementation timing of sand production management measures,and provide technical personnel with intelligent analysis technology.Support “one well,one policy at a time” and continuously improve the production of oil wells.Carry out daily management measures of oil wells ahead of time to delay or even eliminate the occurrence of oil well failures,effectively reduce the pump inspection cycle of oil wells,reduce the time of water production after oil well measures,prolong oil well production time,further improve oil well production,improve oil well production time rate and life,reduce oil wells Maintenance costs,and the realization of the benefit development of old oilfields provides a guarantee.
