摘 要:网络培训作为教师专业成长的路径之一,课程质量的差异会影响教师专业能力的发展,对教师队伍的建设也会产生重要影响。本文针对以往对教师网络培训课程的评价缺乏客观性和针对性的问题,通过采集和分析上海市教师教育管理平台的选课数据和培训效果(问卷)数据,设计培训课程评价的3个二级指标和6个三级指标,并利用层次分析方法确定指标的权重,以此建立网络培训课程评估模型。实践研究表明,利用此指标和模型可以对课程进行淘汰、预警、优秀等情况的预判,为后期课程的建设提供决策的依据和方向,能更好地提升教师培训课程质量,助力教师的专业成长。Network training is one of the paths for teachers’professional growth.The difference in the quality of courses will affect the development of teachers’professional ability,and also have an important impact on the construction of teachers.This paper aims at the problem of the lack of objectivity and pertinence in the evaluation of teacher network training courses,through collecting and analyzing the course selection data and training effect(questionnaire)data of Shanghai teacher education management platform,designing three secondary indicators and six tertiary indicators of training course evaluation,and the AHP method is used to determine the weight of the index to establish the network training course evaluation model.Practical studies have shown that the evaluation indicators and model can be used to predict the elimination,early warning and excellence of courses.It provides a decision-making basis and direction for course construction in the future,so that improving the quality of teacher training courses better and helping teachers’professional growth.
