BerEp4联合弹性纤维双重染色在肺腺癌累及胸膜组织的临床应用

摘　　要：目的比较利用HE染色、弹性纤维染色及BerEp4联合弹性纤维双重染色分析肺腺癌与脏层胸膜组织的各种关系的效果,并讨论BerEp4双染方案的优缺点。方法收集50例肺腺癌组织蜡块和相应的TTF-1免疫组织化学染色结果(TTF-1阳性45例),通过HE染色、弹性纤维及BerEp4联合弹性纤维双重染色进行阅片效果对比,观察肺腺癌与脏层胸膜组织的关系。结果50例肺腺癌标本中,BerEp4阳性47例(阳性率94%)与BerEp4联合弹性纤维双重染色阳性表达一致,高于TTF-1的45例(阳性率90%)。5例TTF-1阴性表达的肺腺癌中,BerEp4阳性表达4例。结论BerEp4是一种广谱的腺癌标记物,联合弹性纤维双重染色能应用于TTF-1阴性的肺腺癌中,并且不容易受胸膜反应性增生的间皮细胞干扰,是肺腺癌双重染色方案的重要补充。Objective To compare the effects of HE staining, elastic fiber staining and BerEp4 combined with elastic fiber double staining in analyzing the various relationships between lung adenocarcinoma and visceral pleural tissue. Methods 50 cases of lung adenocarcinoma were collected and compared the reading effect by HE staining, elastic fiber and BerEp4 combined with elastic fiber double staining, to observe the relationship between lung adenocarcinoma and visceral pleural tissue. Results In 50 lung adenocarcinoma specimens, the positive expression of BerEp4 in 47 cases(positive rate 94%) was consistent with that of BerEp4 combined with elastic fiber double staining, which was higher than that of TTF-1 in 45 cases(90% positive rate). In 5 cases of TTF-1 negative lung adenocarcinoma, BerEp4 was positive in 4 cases. Conclusion BerEp4 is a broad-spectrum adenocarcinoma marker. Combined with elastic fiber double staining, it can be applied to TTF-1 negative lung adenocarcinoma and is not easily influenced by pleural reactive proliferative mesothelial cells. It is an important supplement to the double staining scheme of lung adenocarcinoma.
