摘 要:伺服电机是电静液作动器(EHA)的关键核心元件,其响应速度对EHA动态特性和控制性能有重要的影响。该文以实验室现有的EHA性能实验平台为研究对象,依据其工作原理和参数利用AMESim软件搭建了对应的仿真模型,进行了伺服电机响应速度对EHA位置控制性能影响规律的仿真和实验研究,得到了不同伺服电机响应速度条件下EHA的位移、速度和压力等的阶跃响应曲线,为EHA的性能提升和优化设计提供理论依据和技术支撑。Servo motor is the key component of electrohydrostatic actuator(EHA).Its response speed has an important influence on EHA dynamic characteristics and control performance.In this paper,the EHA performance experimental platform owned by the laboratory is taken as the research object.According to its working principle and parameters,the corresponding simulation model is built by AMESim software,and the simulation and experimental study on the influence law of servo motor response speed on EHA position control performance are carried out.The step response curves of displacement,velocity and pressure of EHA under different servo motor response speeds are obtained,which provides theoretical basis and technical support for EHA performance improvement and optimization design.
