摘  要:目的:探讨非肿块型(NML)乳腺癌剪切波弹性硬度与预后因素的相关性。方法:收集经穿刺活检或手术病理确诊的NML乳腺癌患者31例,分析其超声弹性硬度值(Emax、Emean)与病理学预后指标间的关系。结果:Emean在有无钙化组间比较,Emax在是否脉管侵犯、是否神经侵犯、HER-2是否阳性组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),其中脉管侵犯和神经侵犯均与Emax呈正相关。结论:NML乳腺癌弹性硬度值在不同预后组间存在差异,可作为预后评估的一项指标。Objective:To investigate the relationship between shear wave elastic hardness and prognostic factors in breast cancer of non-mass lession(NML)type.Methods:Data were collected from 31 patients with NML breast cancer who underwent ultrasound examination,and their ultrasonic data and pathological diagnosis were analyzed.The relationship of the shear wave elastic hardness(Emax,Emean)and pathological prognostic factors was analyzed.Results:Emean had significant difference between the elastic modulus of calcification and non-calcification,Emax had significant differences between vascular invasion and non-invasion,nerve invasion and non-invasion,HER-2 positivity and negativity(all P<0.05).Vascular invasion and nerve invasion were positively correlated with Emax.Conclusion:There are differences in the elastic modulus of NML breast cancer under different prognostic conditions,which can be used as an indicator of prognosis.
