摘 要:目的探讨以汉语为母语的唐氏综合征(Down syndrome,DS)儿童音位对比式听觉识别能力特征。方法以51例8~18岁(平均13.27±2.56岁)的DS儿童和51例智力水平相匹配的2~7岁(平均4.52±0.93岁)的普通(typically developing,TD)儿童为研究对象,通过《构音语音能力评估词表》中包含的36对(18项)核心音位对,对两组儿童的听觉识别能力进行评估。结果DS儿童18项音位对的听觉识别能力均低于TD儿童;除圆唇音与非圆唇音、高元音与低元音两项音位对外,DS儿童其他16项音位对的听觉识别正确率均低于90%;DS儿童的听觉识别正确率极显著低于TD儿童(F=60.317,P<0.001),声母识别的正确率极显著低于韵母(P<0.01),声母识别的正确率显著低于声调(P<0.05),两组儿童对声调和韵母识别的正确率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论DS儿童的听觉识别能力存在障碍,且对不同类型语音的听觉识别能力存在差异。Objective To study the characteristics of auditory recognition ability in Chinese children with Down syndrome(DS).Methods This study recruited 51 DS children aged 8 to 18 years(mean 13.27±2.56 years)and 51 typically developing(TD)children aged 2 to 7 years(mean 4.52±0.93 years)with matching intelligence level as research subjects.The auditory recognition ability of two groups was evaluated using 36 pairs of core phoneme pairs included in the lexicon of consonant phonetic ability assessment.Results The auditory recognition ability of 18 phoneme pairs in DS children was lower than that of TD children.Except for the round labial and non-round labial sounds,and the high vowels and the low vowels,the auditory recognition accuracy of DS children for the other 16 phoneme pairs was all lower than 90%.The accuracy of auditory recognition in children with DS was significantly lower than that in TD children(F=60.317,P<0.001).The accuracy of consonant recognition of DS children was significantly lower than that of vowel recognition(P<0.01).The accuracy of consonant recognition of DS children was significantly lower than that of tone recognition(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the accuracy of tone recognition and vowel recognition(P>0.05).Conclusion DS children have difficulties in auditory recognition ability,and there are differences in auditory recognition ability of different types of speech.
