摘　　要：毕业论文是提升毕业生专业知识和技能的重要环节,也是农业类院校培养新时代高质量本科毕业生的关键举措。多样化、个性化的人才需求正在推动高校毕业论文实施方案推陈出新。本文以甘肃农业大学农学类专业本科毕业生为例,分析了毕业论文改革路径,力求充分发挥毕业论文在人才培养中的作用和地位,使毕业生综合素质和能力得到质的提升,从而为社会输送高素质人才。The graduation thesis is an important part of improving the professional knowledge and skills of graduates,and it is also a key measure for agricultural colleges to cultivate high-quality undergraduate graduates in the new era.Diversified and personalized demand for talents is driving the implementation of graduation thesis programs in colleges and universities.Taking the graduates majoring in agriculture in Gansu Agricultural University as an example,this paper analyzes the reform path of graduation thesis,and strives to give full play to the role and status of graduation thesis in talent training,so that the comprehensive quality and ability of graduates can be qualitatively improved,so as to contribute to the society Transport high-quality talents.
