腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤及卵巢囊肿的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探究腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤及卵巢囊肿的效果。方法选取80例患者作为研究对象,其中40例子宫肌瘤患者,40例卵巢囊肿患者。所有患者均采用腹腔镜治疗。比较两组患者1年后妊娠率、手术情况、治疗满意度及生活质量。结果子宫肌瘤患者1年后妊娠13例,妊娠率为32.50%;卵巢囊肿患者1年后妊娠14例,妊娠率35.00%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。子宫肌瘤治疗满意度为92.50%(37/40),卵巢囊肿治疗满意度为95.00%(38/40),比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。卵巢囊肿患者健康状况、情感角色、心理健康、睡眠质量评分分别为(91.25±1.05)分、(90.32±2.50)分、(89.63±2.14)分、(90.25±1.75)分,均高于子宫肌瘤(80.63±1.84)分、(80.69±2.50)分、(80.14±1.69)分、(81.06±1.94)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对子宫肌瘤及卵巢囊肿患者采用腹腔镜治疗效果显著,安全性高,患者康复快,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopy in the treatment of uterine fibroids,ovarian cysts and infertility.Methods 80 patients were selected as the research objects,including 40 patients with uterine fibroids and 40 patients with ovarian cysts.All patients were treated with laparoscopy.Pregnancy rate,operation,treatment satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Thirteen patients with uterine fibroids were pregnant one year later,and the pregnancy rate was 32.50%.Fourteen patients with ovarian cysts were pregnant after one year,with a pregnancy rate of 35.00%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The treatment satisfaction of uterine fibroids was 92.50%(37/40),and the treatment satisfaction of ovarian cysts was 95.00%(38/40),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The scores of health status,emotional role,mental health and sleep quality of ovarian cyst patients were(91.25±1.05),(90.32±2.50),(89.63±2.14)and(90.25±1.75),respectively.They were significantly higher than those of uterine fibroids(80.63±1.84,80.69±2.50,80.14±1.69,81.06±1.94,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts,laparoscopic treatment has significant effect,high safety and rapid recovery,which is worthy of promotion.
