国际视野下中国博物馆老年观众服务提升的思考

摘　　要：人口老龄化已成为全球性议题。博物馆有责任通过提升面向老年观众的服务,积极应对人口老龄化带来的挑战和机遇。英美博物馆以打破刻板印象,发挥疗愈潜能,促进多元、平等、可及、包容,倡导终身教育为理念导向,在可及指引、活动开发、学术研讨、人员培训、资源共享方面开展了大量实践。中国博物馆可批判地借鉴其经验,从强化社会责任、加强顶层设计、拓宽研究思路、提升专业水平、深化交流合作等方面提升老年观众服务。Population ageing has been a global issue.Museums should be socially responsible and improve their service for older audience,actively responding to the challenges and opportunities brought by population ageing.Informed by the concepts of breaking down the negative stereotypes of ageing and older people,playing therapeutic potential,improving diversity,equity,accessibility and inclusion,and advocating lifelong learning,the museums in the UK and the U.S.have improved older audience service through accessibility guidance,activities programming,academic research and seminar,personnel training and resources sharing.Critically drawing lessons from their experiences,Chinese museums can make improvement in older audience service by strengthening social responsibility,enhancing top-level design,expanding research areas,improving professionalization and furthering communication and cooperation.
