内镜下黏膜切除术与氩离子凝固术治疗结直肠息肉患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的比较内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)与氩离子凝固术(APC)治疗结直肠息肉患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年4月至2021年2月医院收治的68例结直肠息肉患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为EMR组与APC组,各34例,比较两组临床疗效、围手术期指标、并发症发生率及术后随访3个月的复发率。结果APC组总有效率高于EMR组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);APC组手术时间、住院时间均短于EMR组,术中出血量少于EMR组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后随访3个月,APC组复发率低于EMR组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于EMR,APC治疗结直肠息肉患者的临床疗效更佳,围手术期指标表现更好,复发率更低,且并未增加并发症发生风险。Objective The clinical effects of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)and argon plasma coagulation(APC)in the treatment of patients with colorectal polyps were compared.Methods A total of 68 patients with colorectal polyps admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to February 2021 were selected and divided into EMR group and APC group according to different treatment methods,with 34 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,perioperative indicators,incidence of complications and recurrence rate at 3-month follow-up after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the APC group was higher than that of the EMR group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the operation time and length of stay of the APC group were both shorter than those of the EMR group,the intraoperative blood loss of the APC group was less than that of the EMR group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05);after 3-month follow-up,the recurrence rate of the APC group was lower than that of the EMR group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with EMR,APC has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with colorectal polyps,with better perioperative indicators,lower recurrence rate,and no increased risk of complications.
