日本高校发展毕业生服务:举措、评价与启示——互惠利他理论的视角

摘  要:高校发展毕业生服务符合互惠共赢逻辑。日本高校发展毕业生服务历经私立高校一枝独秀、国公立大学渐次跟进两个阶段,其背后是高等教育事业发展、高等教育财政制度变革以及大学与国家、社会、市场之间亲密度的变化。当前日本高校发展毕业生服务主要采取创造情感联络机会、开放校内基础设施、提供生涯规划支持、助力生活质量提高、分享大学合作优惠和声誉资源等五种方式。日本高校毕业生服务水平已达较高阈值,但内部各类高校之间存在认知差距、水平差距、理念差距,与美国高校相比存在精细程度差距。日本在发展毕业生服务过程中的经验可为中国高校提供认知、理念、行动等方面的启示。Universities offering graduate services conforms to the logic of reciprocity. Japanese universities offering graduate services have gone through two stages: private universities outshone others and national universities and public universities gradually followed up. Behind this evolution are the development of higher education, the reform of higher education finance and the change of the intimacy between universities and the state, society and the market. At present, Japanese universities offering graduate services mainly adopts five ways: creating emotional contact opportunities, opening up campus infrastructure, providing career planning support, helping to improve the quality of life, and sharing university cooperation preferences and reputation resources. The upper threshold limit of Japanese universities’ graduate services has reached a high level, but there is a cognitive gap, a level gap and a concept gap among various universities, and there is a precision gap compared with American universities. The experience of Japanese universities offering graduate services has provided valuable enlightenment for Chinese universities in terms of cognition, concept and action.
