多奈哌齐联合银杏叶片治疗脑梗死后认知障碍的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析多奈哌齐联合银杏叶片治疗脑梗死后认知障碍的临床效果。方法100例脑梗死后认知障碍患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用银杏叶片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用多奈哌齐治疗。比较两组临床疗效,日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分,不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组ADL评分(85.62±4.23)分、MMSE评分(21.72±2.23)分高于对照组的(73.24±3.31)、(15.39±3.53)分,NIHSS评分(5.41±1.23)分低于对照组的(9.51±2.34)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为4.0%,与对照组的10.0%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对脑梗死后认知障碍患者应用银杏叶片治疗的基础上联合使用多奈哌齐更有利于提高患者临床疗效,可改善患者的智力以及生活质量,更有利于改善神经缺损症状,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of donepezil combined with ginkgo tablet in the treatment of cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 100 patients with cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ginkgo tablet,and the observation group was treated with donepezil on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,activities of daily living(ADL)score,minimental state examination(MMSE)score,National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.0%,which was higher than 70.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ADL score(85.62±4.23)points and MMSE score(21.72±2.23)points in the observation group were higher than(73.24±3.31)and(15.39±3.53)points in the control group,and the NIHSS score(5.41±1.23)points was lower than(9.51±2.34)points in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.0%,and the difference was not statistically significant when compared with 10.0%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction,the combination of donepezil with ginkgo tablet can enhance the clinical efficacy,improve the intelligence,quality of life and symptoms of neurological deficits of patients,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
