地夸磷索钠联合玻璃酸钠治疗FS-LASIK术后干眼的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究地夸磷索钠联合玻璃酸钠治疗飞秒激光制瓣的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(FS-LASIK)术后干眼的临床效果。方法63例(121眼)FS-LASIK术后干眼患者,随机分为试验组(32例,62眼)和对照组(31例,59眼)。术后两组均给予0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液,试验组在此基础上给予3%地夸磷索钠滴眼液治疗。两组术前、术后1周、1个月、3个月行干眼参数[Schirmer值和泪膜破裂时间(BUT)]检查。比较两组术后1周、1个月、3个月干眼参数(Schirmer值、BUT)。结果术后1周、1个月,两组Schirmer值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3个月,试验组Schirmer值(14.32±7.06)mm高于对照组的(9.25±3.43)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1周,两组BUT比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1、3个月,试验组BUT分别为(7.55±2.37)、(8.00±1.91)s,长于对照组的(5.97±2.43)、(5.92±2.78)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FS-LASIK术后短期会有医源性干眼,地夸磷索钠可在术后促进泪液分泌,提高泪膜稳定性,并能较长时间的维持。Objective To study the clinical effect of diquafosol sodium combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of dry eye after femtosecond laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis(FS-LASIK).Methods A total of 63 patients(121 eyes)with dry eye after FS-LASIK were randomly divided into the experimental group(32 cases,62 eyes)and the control group(31 cases,59 eyes).After surgery,both groups were given 0.1%sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the experimental group was given 3%diquafosol sodium eye drops on this basis.Dry eye parameters[Schirmer value and tear break-up time(BUT)]were examined before surgery,1 week,1 month,and 3 months after surgery in both groups.The dry eye parameters(Schirmer test value,BUT)were compared between the two groups at 1 week,1 month,and 3 months after surgery.Results At 1 week and 1 month after surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in Schirmer test value between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 months after surgery,the Schirmer test value of the experimental group was(14.32±7.06)mm,which was higher than(9.25±3.43)mm of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 week after surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in BUT between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 and 3 months after surgery,the BUT of the experimental group were(7.55±2.37)and(8.00±1.91)s,which was longer than(5.97±2.43)and(5.92±2.78)s of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After FS-LASIK,there will be iatrogenic dry eye in the short term.Diquafossol sodium can promote tear secretion and improve tear film stability after surgery,and can maintain it for a long time.
