包装用快干型聚四氟乙烯用复合胶粘剂的制备及性能分析

摘　　要：为粘结聚四氟乙烯塑料,得到耐腐蚀包装薄膜,提出包装用快干型聚四氟乙烯用复合胶粘剂的制备及性能分析。混合环氧树脂、固化剂、增韧剂,得到环氧树脂胶粘剂,混合有机硅树脂、增稠剂、稳定剂、填料,得到有机硅树脂胶粘剂,配比两种胶粘剂,控制两种胶粘剂反应的保温温度和保温时间,加入碳酸氢钠催化剂,冷却后得到复合胶粘剂。在干态环境和湿态环境下测试胶粘剂性能,结果表明,1.9∶1环氧树脂和有机硅树脂量比、2.5%催化剂用量、45min保温时间、85℃保温温度的条件下,胶粘剂胶合强度和固化速率最高,力学性能和固化性能优异,解决了低温环境下胶粘剂力学强度低、固化困难的问题。In order to bond the polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)plastic and get an anti-corrosive packaging film,the preparation and performance analysis of a quick-drying composite adhesive for polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)for packaging is proposed.The epoxy resin adhesives is got by mixing the epoxy resin,curing agent and toughening agent;The organic silicon resin adhesives is got by mixing the organic silicon resin,thickener,stabilizer and fillers;Then a composite adhesive is prepared by a series of processes,such as mixing the two kinds of adhesive,controlling the reaction holding temperature and time,adding sodium bicarbonate catalyst and cooling down.The properties of adhesive are tested under dry and wet conditions.The results show that the adhesive has the highest bonding strength and curing rate and excellent mechanical properties and curing performance when the ratio of epoxy resin to silicone resin is 1.9∶1,the catalyst dosage is 2.5%,the holding time is 45min and the holding temperature is 85℃.The problems of low mechanical strength and difficult curing of adhesive at low temperature are solved.
