摘　　要：乡村学校文化建设的目的在于推动乡村学校主动融入乡村文化,以形成保持乡村学校教学有效性的教学文化、促进乡村学生健康成长的学生文化和追求乡村教师职业幸福的教师文化。乡村学校文化建设的逻辑理路在于实现乡村学校教学文化的重生、乡村学生文化的高扬和乡村教师文化的引领。The construction of country school culture aims at promoting the integration of country schools into the country culture to form the teaching culture which ensures the efficiency of country school teaching,the student culture which promotes the healthy growth of country school students,and the teacher culture which pursues the professional happiness of country teachers.The logic of the construction of country school culture lies in the realization of the rebirth of the teaching culture of country schools,the advocacy of the country’s student culture and the guidance of the country’s teacher culture.
