可摘式钛合金牙周夹板应用于牙周病修复治疗中的临床有效性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析对于牙周病患者采用可摘式钛合金牙周夹板进行修复治疗的临床价值。方法:抽取2019年5月~2021年4月本院76例牙周病患者,随机数字表法分组,即对照组、观察组,各组均为38例,对照组为可摘式局部义齿修复治疗,同期观察组采用可摘式钛合金牙周夹板治疗。结果:治疗前2组的牙周袋探诊深度、菌斑指数评分以及龈沟出血指数和咀嚼功能评分对比,P>0.05,治疗后牙周袋探诊深度、菌斑指数评分以及龈沟出血指数观察组较对照组更低,咀嚼功能评分观察组较对照组更高,P<0.05;治疗总有效率观察组和对照组分别为94.74%和78.95%,P<0.05;术后并发症率观察组为2.63%,对照组为15.79%,P<0.05。结论:对于牙周病患者应用可摘式钛合金牙周夹板可获得满意的修复治疗效果,且安全性良好。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of removable titanium alloy periodontal splint for periodontal disease patients.Methods:From May 2019 to April 2021,76 patients with periodontal disease in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into groups,namely the control group and the observation group,with 38 cases in each group,and the control group was treated with removable partial dentures.During the same period,the observation group was treated with removable titanium alloy periodontal splint.Results:Before treatment,the depth of periodontal bag probing,plaque index score,gingival crevicular bleeding index and chewing function score of the two groups were compared(P>0.05).After treatment,the depth of periodontal bag probing,plaque index score and gingival crevicular bleeding index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the chewing function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total response rate was 94.74%vs 78.95%in observation group vs control group,P<0.05;The postoperative complication rate was 2.63%in the observation group and 15.79%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of removable titanium alloy periodontal splint in periodontal disease patients can obtain satisfactory therapeutic effect and good safety.
