冰冻切片机信息流程化管理在医院病理科的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究冰冻切片机信息流程化管理在医院病理科的应用效果。方法:选择2020年1月~2020年6月医院病理科开展冰冻切片机信息流程化管理前所保存的30例冷冻组织作为常规组。另取2020年7月~2020年12月医院病理科开展冰冻切片机信息流程化管理后所保存的30例冷冻组织作为流程化组。对比两组制片质量,冰冻切片报告时间与制片时间,病理科医师使用满意度等方面的差异。结果:在切片优良率方面对比,流程化组为100.00%(30/30),高于常规组的86.67%(26/30),P<0.05。流程化组冰冻切片报告时间及制片时间分别为(25.49±1.03)min、(10.42±0.85)min,均短于常规组的(27.89±1.22)min、(14.17±0.96)min,P<0.05。在病理科医师使用满意度方面对比,流程化组总满意度为100.00%(30/30),高于常规组的83.33%(25/30),P<0.05。结论:冰冻切片机信息流程化管理在医院病理科的应用效果显著,可明显提高切片优良率,缩短冰冻切片报告时间及制片时间,提高病理科医师使用满意度。Objective:To study the application effect of the information flow management of frozen section machine in the department of Pathology of the hospital.Methods:30 frozen tissues from January 2020 to June 2020 were selected as the routine group.In addition,30 frozen tissues from July 2020 to December 2020 were taken as the flow group.The quality of slices,the reporting time of frozen section and the time of making slices,and the satisfaction degree of pathologists were compared between the two groups.Results:The rate of excellent and good sections in the flowsheet group was 100.00%(30/30),which was higher than that in the routine group(86.67%(26/30))(P<0.05).The report time and preparation time of frozen section in the flowsheet group were(25.49±1.03)min and(10.42±0.85)min respectively,which were shorter than those in the routine group(27.89±1.22)min and(14.17±0.96)min(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of pathologists in the procedure group was 100.00%(30/30),which was higher than that in the routine group(83.33%,25/30)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the information flow management of the frozen section machine in the department of Pathology of the hospital has obvious effect,which can obviously improve the fine rate of the section,shorten the reporting time and making time of the frozen section,and improve the satisfaction degree of the pathologists in the use of the frozen section.
