摘 要:为了筛选出适宜在赤峰地区种植的紫花苜蓿(Medicago satival L.)品种,试验测定了7个参试品种(WL168、金皇后、阿尔冈金、54V09、55V12、三得利、猎人河)的越冬率、株高、干草产量、营养成分(粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、粗灰分)含量和相对饲用价值,采用双因素方差分析法研究不同紫花苜蓿品种与茬次对株高、干草产量、营养成分含量和相对饲用价值的影响,分别采用灰色关联分析法、隶属函数评估法对7个参试品种进行综合评价,并采用欧氏平方距离法进行聚类分析。结果表明:7个参试品种的越冬率均在80%以上;7个参试品种各茬次株高平均值表现为第三茬>第一茬>第二茬,三个茬次的株高平均值由高到低依次为55V12、54V09、三得利、金皇后、猎人河、阿尔冈金、WL168;各茬次干草产量均表现为第一茬>第三茬>第二茬,干草全年总产量由高到低依次为阿尔冈金、金皇后、WL168、55V12三得利、猎人河、54V09;各茬次粗蛋白含量平均值表现为第三茬>第二茬>第一茬,三个茬次的粗蛋白含量平均值由高到低依次为WL168、55V12、三得利、54V09、阿尔冈金、金皇后、猎人河;各茬次中性洗涤纤维含量平均值表现为第一茬>第二茬>第三茬,三个茬次的中性洗涤纤维含量平均值由高到低依次为三得利、金皇后、55V12、阿尔冈金、WL168、猎人河、54V09;各茬次酸性洗涤纤维含量平均值表现为第一茬>第三茬>第二茬,三个茬次的酸性洗涤纤维含量平均值由高到低依次为三得利、55V12、阿尔冈金、金皇后、猎人河、WL168、54V09;各茬次粗灰分含量平均值表现为第一茬>第二茬>第三茬,三个茬次的粗灰分含量平均值由高到低依次为WL168、54V09、猎人河、三得利、55V12、阿尔冈金、金皇后;各茬次相对饲用价值平均值表现为第二茬>第三茬>第一茬,三个茬次的相对饲用价值平均值由高到低依In order to screen out alfalfa(Medicago satival L.)varieties suitable for planting in Chifeng area,the overwintering rate,plant height,hay yield,nutrient contents(crude protein,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber and crude ash)and relative feeding value of seven alfalfa varieties(WL168,Golden Empress,Algonquin,54 V09,55 V12,Sanditi,Hunt River)were measured.Two-factor variance analysis was carried out to study the effects of different alfalfa varieties and crop on plant height of alfalfa,hay yield,nutrient content and relative forage value.Seven alfalfa varieties were evaluated by grey correlation analysis method and membership function evaluation method,and cluster analysis was carried out by Euclidean square distance method on the seven testing varieties.The results showed that the overwintering rates of seven alfalfa varieties were all above 80%.The average plant height of the seven tested alfalfa varieties in each crop from hign to low was in the order of the third crop>the first crop>the second crop,and the average plant height of the three crops was 55 V12,54 V09,Sanditi,Golden Empress,Hunt River,Algonquin and WL168.The total hay yield of each crop was in the order of the first crop>the third crop>the second crop.The total hay yield of each crop was in the order of Algonquin,Golden Empress,WL168,55 V12,Sanditi,Hunt River and 54 V09.The average crude protein content of each crop was in the order of the third crop>the second crop>the first crop.The average crude protein content of each crop from hign to low was WL168,55 V12,Sanditi,54 V09,Algonquin,Golden Empress and Hunt River from high to low.The average content of neutral detergent fiber in each crop from hign to low was in the order of the first crop>the second crop>the third crop.The average content of neutral detergent fiber each crop from high to low was in the order of Sanditi,Golden Empress,55 V12,Algonguin,WL168,Hunt River and 54 V09.The average content of acid detergent fiber in each crop from hign to low was in the order of the first crop>
