摘  要:啮合错位影响齿轮转子的接触特性,并制约齿轮装置的稳定性与可靠性。以四级离心压缩机齿轮转子为研究对象,对其产生啮合错位的因素进行分析,计算得出综合因素影响下的齿轮副啮合错位量;依据所得综合错位量,对不同齿向修形方式下的接触斑点及啮合刚度进行对比研究,得到适用于该错位量下的修形方式及修形量。结果表明,优化后的修形方式改善了接触斑点的大小与位置,大大降低了接触应力峰值及啮合刚度差值,消除了偏载现象,提高了齿轮副运行的平稳性。Meshing misalignment affects the contact characteristics of gear rotor and restricts the stability and reliability of gear device.Taking gear rotor of four-stage centrifugal compressor as the research object,the factors causing meshing misalignment are analyzed,and the amount of meshing misalignment of gear pair under the influence of comprehensive factors is calculated.According to the obtained comprehensive amount of meshing misalignment,the contact spots and meshing stiffness under different axial modification are compared and studied,and the modification method and amount are obtained.The results show that the size and position of contact spots are improved,the peak value of contact stress and the difference value of meshing stiffness are greatly reduced,the phenomenon of off-load is eliminated,and the running stability of gear pair is improved.
