摘  要:对硝唑尼特合成中产生的副产物进行结构确证并推测其产生机理。采用高分辨质谱、核磁共振和红外光谱分析等技术对其进行了表征,副产物为2-乙酰氨基-5-硝基噻唑。副产物的结构确证有助于进一步优化硝唑尼特的合成工艺。To confirm the structure of by-product produced in the synthesis of nitazoxanide and speculate its production mechanism,the structure was confirmed by high resolution mass spectrometry,nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectroscopy.The chemical structure of by-product was confirmed as 2-acetylamino-5-nitrothiazole.The confirmation of the structure of by-product can helps further optimize the synthesis process of nitazoxanide.
