摘　　要：目的:探讨比较两种腹腔镜肾上腺切除术对肾上腺肿瘤患者肾功能及免疫功能的影响。方法:选取医院收治的84例肾上腺肿瘤患者为研究样本,用盲选法均分两组,参照组42例患者实施经腹腔肾上腺肿瘤切除术,研讨组42例患者实施经腹膜后肾上腺肿瘤切除术,对其肾功能及免疫功能的影响进行比较探讨。结果:术后两组患者的肾功能指标β2-MG、BUN、sGr及免疫功能指标IgA、IgM相近,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而研讨组患者的IgG指标低于参照组患者,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于肾上腺肿瘤患者而言,经腹腔肾上腺肿瘤切除术与经腹膜后肾上腺肿瘤切除术相比较,后者对于肾功能、免疫功能的影响较小,具备安全性。Objective:To study the comparison of two kinds of laparoscopic adrenalectomy effect on renal function and immune function in patients with adrenal tumors.Methods:84 patients with adrenal tumor admitted as the research sample,using blind choice method to divide two groups,42 cases as control group with the abdominal cavity adrenal tumor resection,42 patients in discussion group via retroperitoneal adrenal tumor resection,and the effects on the renal function and immune function were compared.Results:two groups of patients after the beta 2-MG,BUN,sGr renal function indexes such as,IgA and IgM immune function index,no statistical difference between groups was found,(P>0.05),the discussion group of patients with IgG index is lower than the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion:for patients with adrenal tumors,retroperitoneal adrenal tumor resection has little effect on renal function and immune function,which is safer.
