摘 要:眼外伤的检查包括伤后视力、瞳孔反应、损伤部位和性质,除了进行裂隙灯显微镜检查、屈光间质和眼底检查外,视路的检查亦十分重要,其中视觉电生理检查对判断伤眼视功能有极其重要的作用。应用视觉电生理评估眼外伤视功能,其结果可靠,客观性强,能排除患者的主观因素,是非侵入性、可重复操作的技术,对眼外伤的诊断、鉴定及伪盲的鉴定起着至关重要作用。该文重点介绍了视觉电生理检查的分类以及在眼外伤诊断中的应用,特别是在外伤性视神经损伤中的应用价值。Examination of ocular trauma includes check of visual acuity,pupillary response,location and nature of the injury.In addition to slit lamp,refractive interstitial,fundus,and retinal examinations,there is no substitute for examination of the visual pathway.Among them,the visual electrophysiological examination plays a very important role in judging the visual function of a seriously injured eye.The application of visual electrophysiology to the assessment of visual function following ocular trauma.Results obtained by this technique are reliable,objective,and can exclude subjective influences of the patient.It is noninvasive and reproducible.The test is not only essential for diagnosis of ocular trauma,but also for the identification of ocular trauma,especially the identification of simulated blindness.The purpose of this article is to discuss the classification of visual electrophysiological examinations and their applica simulated blindness tion in the diagnosis of ocular trauma,with particular emphasis on the implications of traumatic optic nerve injuries.
