摘 要:目的:为了提高学生实习主动参与性,从而提高实习教学质量,探讨在传染科实习教学中运用联合微课和翻转课堂的混合式教学模式的效果。方法:选择在某医科大学第二附属医院进行临床实习的70名临床医学专业学生为研究对象,随机分为混合式教学组和传统教学组,两组学生在授课结束后,对不同教学模式教学质量与教学效果进行评价。结果:混合式教学组学生在体格检查、辅助检查的判读以及回答问题三个方面的成绩均高于传统教学组,而且学生教学满意度更高,差异均有统计学意义。结论:基于微课和翻转课堂的混合式教学在传染病学实习教学中提升了学生学习兴趣、临床思维和动手能力,值得进一步探索应用。Objective:In the traditional practice teaching of infectious diseases,the teacher's explanation and indoctrination teaching mode are the main teaching method.The active participation of students in learning is poor.In order to improve the students'active participation and exploring the knowledge themselves,teachers use advanced information technology into the teaching.This blended teaching mode is mainly based on microlesson and flipped classroom,which makes students become the subject of teaching.Methods:A total of 70 clinical medical students of Anhui Medical University who underwent clinical internship in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into mixed teaching group and traditional teaching group,and after teaching the two groups of students were evaluated from the aspects of teaching quality and teaching effect.Results:Compared with the traditional teaching group,the scores of the students in the blended teaching group were higher in physical examination,auxiliary examination interpretation and question answering.The differences between two groups were statistically significant.The students'teaching satisfaction in blended teaching group was higher than that of traditional teaching group.Conclusion:The hybrid teaching based on micro class and flipped class improves students'learning interest and practical ability in the practice teaching of infectious diseases,which is worthy of further exploration.
