读书报告会教学法在培养高素质规范化住院医师中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:评估读书报告会在培养高素质规范化住院医师中的效果。方法:选取在某大学附属第一医院呼吸与危重症学科进行规范化培训的68名规培医师为研究对象,采用问卷测评的方式,评价开展读书报告会前后这些住院医师的文献检索及阅读能力、疑难疾病临床诊疗思维、幻灯制作、语言表达、学习积极性、增进师生之间沟通等方面能力进行自我评价。结果:73.5%学员认为提高文献检索阅读能力、69.1%学员认为提高疑难疾病临床诊疗思维、66.1%学员认为提高幻灯制作能力、60.3%学员认为提高语言表达能力、58.8%学员认为增进师生之间沟通、55.9%学员认为提高学习积极性。结论:读书报告会可以提高学员综合能力,是培养高素质规范化住院医师可行而有效的方法之一。Objective:This paper evaluates the effect of reading report meeting on training high quality standardized resident doctors.Methods:68 physicians receiving standardization training in the first hospital affiliated to China university of science and technology were selected as the research object,questionnaire was used,and evaluation was carried out into the literature retrieval and reading ability,refractory disease clinical diagnosis,slide,language expression,learning motivation,communication between teachers and students before and after the reading report.Results:The survey showed that 73.5% believed literature retrieval and reading ability was improved,clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking of difficult diseases(69.1%),slideshow making ability(66.1%),language expression ability(60.3%),communication between teachers and students(58.8%),and learning enthusiasm(55.9%).Conclusions:Reading report is one of the feasible and effective ways to train high quality standardized resident doctors.
