摘　　要：目的:探讨早期乳腺癌的相关临床特征及处理方法。方法:选择110例不可触及乳腺病变的患者为研究对象,对彩超检查小于10 mm,有血供、边缘不规则、纵向生长为特征的结节,予以定位活检。对钼靶X线中的细砂样钙化灶,每平方厘米多于5个则进行定位活检。活检若为恶性,行前哨淋巴结活检,以免于行腋窝淋巴结清扫。结果:110例不可触及乳腺病变中,乳腺癌78例(包括原位癌42例、导管内乳头状癌14例、浸润性导管内癌22例),良性的乳腺病变32例(其中乳腺病10例、导管内乳头状瘤12例、纤维腺瘤10例)。结论:彩超检查与钼靶X线检查可以辨别出一些早期乳腺癌的特征,两者相结合检出率可提高16.4%;前哨淋巴结活检可避免多数早期乳腺癌患者行腋窝淋巴结清扫。Objective:The study aims to explore the clinical features and treatment of early breast cancer.Methods:A total of 110 patients with inaccessible breast lesions were selected for the study,Nodules with blood supply,irregular edges and longitudinal growth with less than 10mm in Color Doppler Ultrasound,shall be localized biopsy;In X-ray of Molybdenum Target,if fine sand calcification is found more than 5 specimens per half centimeter,localization biopsy should be carried out;If the biopsy is malignant,sentinel lymph node biopsy should be performed to avoid axillary lymph node dissection.Results:Among 110 cases of untouchable breast lesions,78 cases were breast cancer(including 42 cases of carcinoma in situ,14 cases of intraductal papillary carcinoma,22 cases of invasive intraductal carcinoma),and 32 cases were benign breast lesions(including 10 cases of mastopathy,12 cases of intraductal papillary carcinoma,and 10 cases of fibroadenoma).Conclusion:Color Doppler Ultrasound and Mammography X-ray Examination can identify some features of early breast cancer.the detection rate of the two combined can increase by 16.4%.Besides,sentinel lymph node biopsy can avoid axillary lymph node dissection in most patients with early breast cancer.
