摘 要:目的设计制作不同孔隙率的钛合金多孔桩,比较它和其它材质桩的力学性能。方法设计不同孔隙率的钛合金多孔桩并进行打印,计算弹性模量的平均值并与牙本质进行比较。获取预成纤维桩的数据模型,设计制作钛合金多孔桩、钴铬桩、氧化锆桩,记录不同材质桩的挠曲强度、屈服强度、弹性模量。结果随着孔隙率增加,多孔桩弹性模量逐步降低,孔隙率为40%时,多孔桩弹性模量(17.04 GPa)与牙本质接近。多孔桩与纤维桩的挠曲强度、多孔桩与氧化锆桩的屈服强度差异无统计学意义,其余组间差异均具有统计学意义。结论孔隙率为40%的钛合金多孔桩弹性模量与牙本质接近,且该桩的挠曲强度和屈服强度与纤维桩及氧化锆桩无明显差异。Objective To investigate the mechanical properties of customized titanium alloy porous posts.Methods Titanium alloy porous posts with different porosity were designed and printed,and the average value of elastic modulus was calculated.The data model of the preformed posts was obtained.The titanium alloy porous posts,Co-Cr posts and zirconia posts were designed and manufactured.The flexural strength,yield strength and elastic modulus of different materials were recorded.Results The elastic modulus of porous post decreased gradually as the porosity increased.When the porosity was 40%,the elastic modulus of porous post(17.04 GPa)was close to that of dentin.There was no significant difference in the flexural strength between the porous posts and the fiber posts,and in the yield strength between the porous posts and zirconia posts.Conclusions When the porosity is 40%,the elastic modulus of titanium alloy porous post is close to that of dentin.The flexural strength and yield strength of those titanium alloy porous posts are similar to those of fiber posts and zirconia posts.
