襄阳地区妊娠期妇女牙周健康状况的流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的了解襄阳地区妊娠期妇女的牙周健康状况,为妊娠期妇女牙周病的防治提供依据。方法收集2018年9月至2020年8月的妊娠期满36周的妇女,检查其牙周状况并填写调查问卷。结果检出牙龈炎1151人,占比59.12%;检出牙周炎425人,占比21.83%。年龄增长患牙周疾病的风险增加,学历收入提高降低妊娠期妇女患牙周疾病的风险,近亲友有口腔医务工作者,妊娠期妇女患牙周疾病的风险降低。结论襄阳地区妊娠期妇女的牙周状况不容乐观,需要进一步加强宣教,改善就医状况,达到预防治疗妊娠期牙周疾病的目的。Objective To investigate the periodontal health status of pregnant women in Xiangyang area.Methods The 36-week gestational women were included and their periodontal status was examined and a questionnaire was filled in.Results A total of 1151 cases of gingivitis(59.12%)and 425 cases of periodontitis(21.83%)were detected.Age increase increased the risk of periodontal disease in pregnant women.Higher education income reduced the risk of periodontal disease in pregnant women.Conclusions The periodontal status of pregnant women in Xiangyang area is not optimistic.It is necessary to further strengthen publicity and education for the pregnant women.
