摘  要:课程设置是本科生培养的重要环节,构建科学完善的课程质量保障体系来稳定和提升课程质量,已成为高等教育的共同选择。该研究从全面质量管理理论PDCA模式视角出发,在深入分析新工科背景与课程质量保障关键要素的基础上,遵循全面质量管理的“计划(Plan)—执行(Do)—检查(Check)—改进(Action)”闭环体系,系统构建覆盖课程目标、课程设计、教学活动实施、课程多维度评价、课程质量信息处理反馈和持续改进各环节的课程质量内部保障体系,从而规范和引导课程质量稳步提升,为新工科背景下的学习者提供更加优质的课程内容和服务。Courses are the important part of undergraduate training program.Building a scientific and perfect courses quality assurance system to ensure and improve courses quality has become a common choice of higher education.Based on the in-depth analysis of the background of emerging engineering and the key elements of courses quality assurance,this study constructs a system according to the principle of"Plan-Do-Check-Action"of total quality management.The system covering teaching objectives,curriculum design,teaching activity implementation,curriculum multi-dimensional evaluation,curriculum quality information processing feedback and continuous improvement of the internal assurance system of course quality in all links.The results could standardize and guide the improvement of course quality and provide more high-quality course content and services for learners under the background of emerging engineering.
