关于加强过程性教学管理的改革探索——以应用生物科学专业应用微生物学为例

摘  要:课程是人才培养的核心要素,教学改革改到深处是课程,教学要体现“以学生发展为中心”的理念和措施,以学生为中心的课程教学过程性管理在很大程度上能达到此目的。加强课堂教学过程性管理既有对检验课程学习效果的期末考核,更重视对学生过程性学习的引导,提高学生主观学习的能动性、课堂参与度,培养学生综合素质。该文以应用微生物学课程为例,介绍笔者在该课程多年教学过程中不断加强课堂过程性教学所尝试的教学改革,为如何进行课程过程化教学提供思路。Curriculum is the core factor for personnel training,the improvement of teaching reform is curriculum,teaching activity should embody the concept and measures of"focusing on the students'development",the process teaching management focusing on the students'development could reach this objective to a great extent.Strengthening the process management of teaching in the classroom does not only have the final exam for the learning impact of the course,but also does pay more attention on the process of learning guidance,improves undergraduates'subjective learning initiative and classroom participation,cultivates undergraduates'comprehensive quality.This paper takes the course named Applied Microbiologyas an example,introduces the teaching reform which the authors have tried to strengthen the classroom process teaching in the course of teaching for many years,and provides ideas for how to carry out the course process teaching.
