艰苦专业人才培养探究——以中南大学采矿工程为例

摘　　要：采矿工程是关系国家资源、自然环境和人类生存的重要专业,但由于此类艰苦专业工作环境恶劣、危险性大,导致近年来采矿工程人才流失严重。针对采矿工程艰苦专业学生学习信念不坚定等问题,中南大学结合教学经验,以立德树人为中心环节,通过思政指导、千米井下党校基地及矿井工人模范教育等途径对学生加以引导。教学研究与实践证明,中南大学采矿工程新型人才培养方案进一步优化课程体系,提高学生的专业认同感与工程实践能力。Mining engineering is an important major related to national resources,natural environment and human survival,but due to the harsh working environment and great danger of such hard majors,the brain drain of mining engineering is serious in recent years.In view of the problems of firm learning faith of students in hard mining engineering,Central South University combines the teaching experience,takes the moral cultivation as people-centered link,and guides students through ideological and political guidance,the Party school base in a kilometer deep mine,and model mine workers'education.Teaching research and practice have proved that the new talent training program for mining engineering of Central South University has further optimized the curriculum system and improved students'sense of professional identity and engineering practical ability.
