“大学生在线答疑教育平台”创业项目的可行性研究

摘　　要：“大学生在线答疑教育平台”创业项目旨在充分利用在校大学生的专业知识,打造一个为中小学生,特别是农村地区中小学生提供“一对一”实时答疑的服务平台.分析该平台作为大学生创业项目的可行性,在介绍平台基本功能基础上就发展的外部条件及内部优劣势进行剖析,并针对劣势给出提升平台开发人员专业技能、加强平台服务质量控制及强化平台监管手段等3条建议.研究发现,“大学生在线答疑教育平台”具备创业的可行性,对促进农村地区基础教育发展,缩小城乡教育差距具有重要作用.The″Online Q&A Education Platform for College Students″entrepreneurial project aims to make full use of the professional knowledge of college students to create a service platform which provides one-on-one real-time Q&A for primary and secondary school students,especially those in rural areas.This paper analyzed the feasibility of the platform as college students′entrepreneurship project,dissected the external conditions and internal advantages and disadvantages of the development based on the introduction of basic functions of the platform,and gave three suggestions on improving the professional skills of platform-developing personnel,reinforcing the quality control of platform services,and strengthening platform supervision means aiming at the disadvantages of the platform.The study found that the″online Q&A education platform for college students″had the feasibility of entrepreneurship,which played an important role in promoting the development of fundamental education in rural areas and narrowing the gap between urban and rural education.
