摘　　要：以2020年1月6日安徽医科大学第一附属医院神经内科收治的1例抗γ-氨基丁酸B受体脑炎伴聋哑患者为研究对象,观察并回顾性分析其临床护理效果.在护理过程中,对患者采取呼吸支持、用药、营养支持及心理干预等护理措施,并观察患者有无其他异常情况出现.结合患者临床表现给予特殊护理,其不良情绪及临床症状得到了有效缓解,利于预后,为患者的生命安全及心理健康提供了有力保障,也为后续临床护理工作提供了更多的参考依据.As the study object,a deaf-mute patient with anti-γ-aminobutyric acid B receptor encephalitis admitted to the Department of Neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University on January 6 th,2020,whose clinical nursing effect was observed and retrospectively analyzed.In the nursing process,the patient was given respiratory support,medication,nutritional support and psychological intervention and other nursing measures,meanwhile other abnormalities were observed.Combined with the clinical manifestations,special nursing was provided for the patient,whose adverse emotions and clinical symptoms were effectively relieved.It was conducive to the prognosis,which could provide a strong guarantee for the life safety and mental health of the patient.Furthermore,it could provide more reference for the subsequent clinical nursing work.
