摘 要:由于印刷厂中的印刷设备工作时会产生大量的冷凝热量,致使设备工作效率降低,故全年需要冷源为设备降温。因为传统的冷水机组制冷时都会向室外排放大量冷凝热,能源消耗和环境污染的双重压力显著,所以对该项目进行改造,利用热回收型螺杆水源热泵回收冷凝热制备生活热水。通过结合实际案例对该系统进行经济性分析得出,该系统全年可获得约3.35万立方米的免费热水,减少天然气消耗21.4万立方米,节省用能成本55.27万元,产生了可观的效益,值得广泛推广。Since the printing equipmens in the printing plant can produce mass of condensation heat when working, resulting in the reduction of equipment working efficiency, it is necessary to cool the equipment with a cold source throughout the year. Because traditional chilles discharge a large amount of condensation heat outdoors during refrigeration, and the dual pressure of energy consumption and environmental pollution are significant, the origonal project is transformed to use the heat recovery screw water source heat pump to recover the condensation heat to prepare domestic hot water. Through the economic analysis of the system combined with practical cases, it is concluded that the system can obtain free hot water about 33 500 cubic metres annually, reduce natural gas consumption by 214 000 cubic metres and reduce energy consumption cost by 552 700 yuan, which has produced considerable benefits and is worthy of wide promotion.
