摘 要:为实现ω型弹条扣件扣压力的快速测量,提出一种锤击测量方法,其理论基础为结构应力与固有频率的关联性。以Ⅱ型ω弹条扣件为例,设计了扣压力锤击测量试验装置。使用COMSOL仿真软件分析了扣件的锤击响应和振动特性,之后开展了锤击试验研究,最终得到弹条扣件扣压力与系统固有频率的对应关系。研究表明,Ⅱ型ω弹条扣件系统在服役状态下的固有频率约为1 kHz,并且固有频率与扣压力近似呈正比关系,验证了弹条扣件扣压力锤击测量方法的可行性。In order to realize the fast measurement of the clamp force ofωshape elastic strip fastener,a hammering measurement method was proposed in this paper.Its theoretical basis was the correlation between structural stress and natural frequency.Taking the typeⅡωshape elastic strip fastener as an example,the fastener hammering measurement test device was designed.The hammering response and vibration characteristics of the fastener were analyzed by COMSOL simulation software,and then the hammering test was studied,and finally the corresponding relationship between the clamp force and the natural frequency of the system was obtained.The research shows that the natural frequency of the typeⅡωshape rail fastener system in working condition is about 1 kHz,and it is approximately proportional to the clamp force,which verifies the feasibility of the hammering measurement method of the clamp force of rail fasteners.
