摘  要:使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(简称ICP-MS)测定特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品中碘元素的不确定度,并对其产生的影响因素进行了分析和评定,得到了影响测定结果的最大因素。研究发现:在检测过程中,试样的定容引入、标准曲线拟合和标准物质等是导致不确定度的重要原因。实验用特殊医学用途配方食品中碘元素的不确定度(1.5219 mg/kg)、扩展不确定度U(0.0511 mg/kg)和k=2(包含因子)进行评定。评估数据可作为ICP-MS测量碘元素不确定性评价的依据。To evaluate uncertainty evaluation for inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)determination of iodine in food for special medical use,the main sources of uncertainty were analyzed,the main components of uncertainty were calculated through the establishment of the evaluation mathematical model.The results showed that the introduction of constant volume,the fitting of standard curve and the reference material were the important reasons for the uncertainty.The uncertainty report of iodine in food for special medical use for the test was as follows:iodine in food for special medical use for the test was 1.5219 mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty U was 0.0511 mg/kg,and the coverage factor k was 2.This study can provide a guideline for iodine in food for special medical using ICP-MS.
