摘 要:目的研究近视性弱视患儿的屈光度及视力在使用红光闪烁治疗仪及红色视力表远距离视功能训练后的改善效果。方法将淄博市妇幼保健院2020年11月—2021年10月内收治的108例近视性弱视儿童作为研究对象,等分为常规组(n=54)与科研组(n=54)。常规组患儿进行短小遮盖及近距离功能性视力训练,科研组患儿在以上治疗方式基础上进行红光闪烁治疗仪融合红色视力表远距离视功能训练。对两组患儿眼睛屈光度及其视力改善情况等进行检测。结果科研组患儿总有效率高于常规组患儿,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.600,P<0.05);科研组患儿眼球屈光度上升趋势较常规组上升较缓,差异有统计学意义(t=6.652,P<0.05);但科研组患儿最佳矫正视力(BCVA)下降幅度相对较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);科研组总复发率1.20%小于常规组的总复发率11.70%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.685,P<0.05)。结论使用红光闪烁治疗仪及红色视力表远距离对患儿进行视功能训练可以有效帮助患儿改善弱视情况、恢复视力、降低屈光度,且不良反应较小,治疗后不易复发。Objective To study the improvement effect of the refraction and visual acuity of children with myopia and amblyopia after using the red light flicker therapy device and the red visual chart distance vision function training.Methods A total of 108 children with myopia and am⁃blyopia who were admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were equally divided into a routine group(n=54)and a research group(n=54).Children in the routine group were given short and short occlusion and short-distance functional vision training.On the basis of the above treatment methods,the children in the scientific research group were given the red-light flickering therapeutic apparatus combined with the red vision chart for distance vision function train⁃ing.The diopter of the eyes and the improvement of visual acuity of the two groups of children were detected.Results The total effective rate of the children in the research group was higher than that of the children in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.600,P<0.05).The rising trend of eyeball diopter in the research group was slower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.652,P<0.05).However,the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)of the children in the research group decreased relatively significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total recurrence rate of the research group was 1.20%,which was lower than that of the routine group,which was 11.70%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.685,P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion The use of red light flickering therapeutic apparatus and red vision chart to perform visual function training in children at a distance can effectively help children improve amblyopia,restore visual acuity,and reduce refraction,and less adverse reactions,less recurrence after treatment.
