摘　　要：重点实验室开放基金的设立对促进实验室对外开放交流合作有着积极的推动作用,但甘肃省重点实验室开放基金在管理运行中还存在一些不足,各实验室设置开放基金程度层次不齐,运行机制和管理体制不完善,这在很大程度上束缚了重点实验室良性发展。对甘肃省省级重点实验室开放基金管理机制进行分析研究,提出应对策略,旨在为完善重点实验室开放基金管理机制提供有价值的参考。The establishment of the key laboratory open fund has a positive role in promoting the opening up,exchange and cooperation of laboratories.However,there are still some deficiencies in the management and operation of the open fund of key laboratories in our province.The level of the open fund of each laboratory is uneven,and the operation mechanism and management system are not perfect,which to a large extent restrict the benign development of key laboratories.This paper analyzes and studies the open fund management mechanism of provincial key laboratories in Gansu Province,and puts forward countermeasures,aiming to provide valuable reference for improving the open fund management mechanism of key laboratories.
