摘  要:大型仪器共享平台承载科技创新、人才培养和社会服务等诸多功能,全时开放共享能有效提升平台运行效率及设备使用率。严格、高效、系统的分析仪器培训在保障全时开放长期运行的同时,也极大推动研究生创新实践能力的培养。分析了大型仪器平台圆二色光谱仪全时开放共享的可行性和关键点;针对该仪器在原有培训和开放中存在的问题,对培训内容和方式进行完善和升级,建立线上线下相结合的新型培训体系,以开放共享和实践教学为双目标实行分级培训和管理,探索基于研究生创新实践能力培养的多层次新型培训和全时开放体系建设。新体系运行初见成效,提出了进一步改进设想。The large-scale instrument and equipment platform could realize innovative research,talent cultivation,social service and so on.Full-time opening and sharing would improve its efficiency.Not only does strict,efficient and systematic training ensure continuous operation of full-time opening and sharing,but also it promotes the cultivation of innovative practice ability of postgraduate.This paper analyzes the feasibility and key of the full-time opening and sharing of circular dichroism spectrometer in college-level platform.In order to solve the problems existed in current training and opening system,a set of new teaching system was constructed by the combination of online and offline study for a multi-level,new training and full-time opening system.It carried out hierarchical training and management with opening and sharing,and practice teaching as two targets,explored the way to training system constructing for full-time opening and sharing based on the innovative practice ability cultivation of postgraduate.The initial success has been shown and further improvement plan has also presented.
