星蒌承气汤结合尤瑞克林治疗痰热腑实型脑梗死的应用价值探究

摘　　要：目的研究对星蒌承气汤结合尤瑞克林治疗痰热腑实型脑梗死的效果进行探究分析。方法研究对象共100例,均收集我院收治的痰热腑实型脑梗死患者,其就诊时间段为2019年3月—2021年3月。将上述患者分为对照组(50例,尤瑞克林),试验组(50例,星蒌承气汤结合尤瑞克林),对比两组治疗效果。结果试验组治疗有效率相比对照组较高(P<0.05)。试验组神经功能缺损评分相比对照组较低(P<0.05)。试验组生活质量评分相比对照组较高(P<0.05)。结论将星蒌承气汤结合尤瑞克林应用在痰热腑实型脑梗死患者的治疗中,能够较好地提高患者治疗有效率,改善其神经功能缺损情况,以及对相关指标进行改善,进而提升其生活质量。此种治疗方法在痰热腑实型脑梗死的治疗中有着重要意义。Objective This study explores and analyzes the effect of Xinglou Chengqi Decoction combined with Ureklin in the treatment of phlegm-heat-fu-solid type cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 100 subjects were enrolled in this study,and all patients with phlegm-heat and Fu-solid cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital were collected.The treatment period was from March 2019 to March 2021.The above patients were divided into control group(50 cases,uricrine)and experimental group(50 cases,Xinglou Chengqi Decoction combined with uriculin),and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The neurological deficit score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Xinglou Chengqi Decoction combined with uricline in the treatment of patients with phlegm-heat-fu-solid cerebral infarction can better improve the treatment efficiency of patients,improve their neurological deficits,and improve related indicators.,thereby improving their quality of life.This kind of treatment method is of great significance in the treatment of phlegm-heat-fu-solid cerebral infarction.
