益血汤在乳腺癌术后化疗白细胞减少中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析乳腺癌术后化疗白细胞减少者采用益血汤治疗的效果。方法选择2020年1月—2022年1月本院乳腺癌术后化疗白细胞减少者80例,按照随机分组对照研究,对照组40例给予西药治疗(AC-T方案),观察组40例在对照组基础上联合益血汤治疗,比较治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组白细胞计数、血小板个数、血红蛋白水平组间比较差异不明显无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗3周后患者的白细胞计数、血小板个数、血红蛋白水平均提升,且两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率以及患者对治疗满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于乳腺癌术后化疗白细胞减少患者而言,中医益血汤有助于其血小板数目及血红蛋白水平的提升,提高治疗效果,提升患者对治疗的满意度,临床应用价值较高。Objective To analyze the effect of Yixue Decoction(益血汤)on patients with leukopenia after breast cancer surgery.Methods Eighty patients with leukopenia after breast cancer surgery in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected.According to the randomized controlled study,40 patients in the control group were treated with Western Medicine(AC-T scheme),and 40 patients in the observation group were treated with Yixue Decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in WBC count,platelet count or hemoglobin level between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the white blood cell count,the number of platelets and the hemoglobin level of the patients increased after 3 weeks of treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate and patients’satisfaction with treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy of breast cancer,Yixue Decoction is helpful to improve the number of platelets and hemoglobin level,improve the treatment effect,and enhance the patients’satisfaction with the treatment.It has high clinical application value.
