固齿汤联合正畸治疗慢性牙周炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的讨论研究在慢性牙周炎患者正畸治疗中联合运用固齿汤后的作用效果。方法将2018年1月—2021年12月医院口腔科的80例慢性牙周炎患者纳入研究范围,利用随机分配法划分为对照组(接受正畸方法治疗)、观察组(接受固齿汤、正畸方法联合治疗),比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组整体白细胞介素-6指标、白细胞介素-1β指标、肿瘤坏死因子-α指标、牙齿松动与牙龈肿胀症状持续时间、中医证候积分、患者对治疗工作满意情况等各项治疗效果数据信息明显比对照组更具优势(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论在慢性牙周炎患者正畸治疗中联合运用固齿汤可以增强整体治疗效果,帮助患者将相关炎性指标控制在合理范围,有效减轻症状,为患者提供更为满意的治疗方案。Objective To discuss and study the value of the combination of Guchi Decoction(固齿汤)and orthodontic methods in the treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods Eighty patients with chronic periodontitis in the Department of Stomatology in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into control group(treated with orthodontic methods)and observation group(treated with Guchi Decoction and orthodontic methods).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),the duration of tooth loosening and gum swelling,TCM symptom scores,patients’satisfaction with treatment and other treatment effect data information in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis,the combination of Guchi Decoction and orthodontic treatment can enhance the overall treatment effect,help patients control the relevant inflammatory indicators within a reasonable range,effectively reduce symptoms,and provide more satisfactory treatment for patients.
