丹栀逍遥散加减联合倍他乐克治疗心脏神经官能症肝气郁结证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察丹栀逍遥散加减联合倍他乐克治疗心脏神经官能症肝气郁结证的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将90例心脏神经官能症肝气郁结证患者随机分为对照组与观察组各45例。对照组采用倍他乐克治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用丹栀逍遥散加减治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、医院焦虑和抑郁量表(HADS)评分、24 h心率及早搏情况,并比较2组治疗期间药物不良反应发生情况。结果:与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组心悸、气短胸闷、失眠、乏力等中医证候积分,HADS焦虑、抑郁评分,24 h心率及24 h早搏次数均降低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后心悸、气短胸闷、失眠、乏力等中医证候积分,HADS焦虑、抑郁评分,24 h心率及24 h早搏次数均较低(P<0.05)。2组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丹栀逍遥散加减联合倍他乐克治疗心脏神经官能症肝气郁结证疗效显著,有助于缓解患者的焦虑抑郁状态,且安全性较高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of modified Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined with Betaloc on cardiac neurosis with syndrome of binding constraint of liver qi and its safety.Methods:A total of 90 patients with cardiac neurosis with syndrome of binding constraint of liver qi were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Betaloc,and the observation group was additionally treated with modified Danzhi Xiaoyao powder based on the treatment of the control group.The scores of Chinese medicine syndromes,scores of Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),24 h heart rate and premature beats before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse medicine reactions during treatment was compared.Results:Compared with those in the same group before treatment,the scores of Chinese medicine syndromes in both groups,such as palpitation,shortness of breath,chest oppression,insomnia and fatigue,the scores of anxiety and depression in HADS,24 h heart rate and 24 h premature beats in the observation group were decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with those in the control group after treatment,the scores of the above Chinese medicine syndromes,the scores of anxiety and depression in HADS,24 h heart rate and 24 h premature beats were lower in the observation group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of modified Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined with Betaloc has a significant therapeutic effect on cardiac neurosis with syndrome of binding constraint of liver qi,which helps relieve the anxiety and depression of patients,with great safety.
