复方海蛇胶囊联合盐酸美金刚片治疗阿尔茨海默病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方海蛇胶囊与盐酸美金刚片联合使用对阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者相关实验室指标、认知能力及生活状态的影响。方法:收集并筛选80例AD患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组予盐酸美金刚片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合复方海蛇胶囊治疗。比较2组治疗前后载脂蛋白A(apoA)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、甘油三酯(TG)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等相关实验室指标变化;采用简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)和日常生活能力量表(ADL)分别评估2组治疗前后认知能力以及生活状态的改变,并比较2组临床疗效及不良反应。结果:与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组apoA、HDL-C及MMSE、ADL评分均升高(P<0.05),apoB、Hcy、TG、LDL-C水平均降低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后apoA、HDL-C及MMSE、ADL评分均较高(P<0.05),apoB、Hcy、TG、LDL-C水平均较低(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率95.00%,高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。2组均未发生药物相关不良反应。结论:复方海蛇胶囊与盐酸美金刚片联合使用治疗AD有显著优势,不仅可改善患者的相关实验室指标,还可改善认知能力及生活状态,且不增加不良反应。Objective:To observe the effect of the therapy of compound Haishe capsules combined with memantine hydrochloride tablets on laboratory indexes,cognitive ability and living status of patients with Alzheimer disease(AD).Methods:A total of 80 patients with AD were collected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with memantine hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with compound Haishe capsules based on the treatment of the control group.Before and after treatment,the changes of related laboratory indexes,including apolipoprotein A(apoA),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),homocysteine(Hcy),triglyceride(TG),apolipoprotein B(apoB)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),were compared between the two groups;before and after treatment,the changes of cognitive ability and living status in the two groups were evaluated by Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)and activities of daily living(ADL)respectively,and the clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of apoA,HDL-C and the scores of MMSE,ADL in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of apoB,Hcy,TG,LDL-C were decreased(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of apoA,HDL-C and the scores of MMSE、ADL in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of apoB,Hcy,TG,LDL-C were lower(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.00%in the observation group,higher than that of 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).No medicine-related adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:The therapy of compound Haishe capsules combined with memantine hydrochloride tablets has obvious advantages in the treatment of AD,which can not only improve the related laboratory indexes of patients,but also improve the cognitive ability and living status,without increasing adverse reactions.
