珍珠通络丸联合针刺治疗脑梗死临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察珍珠通络丸联合针刺治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:选取80例脑梗死患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各40例。对照组给予基础治疗和针刺治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用珍珠通络丸治疗。比较2组临床疗效及血清炎症因子水平,观察神经功能改善程度。结果:研究组总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组NHISS评分、IL-6水平较治疗前降低,且研究组NHISS评分、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05);2组IL-4水平较治疗前升高,且研究组IL-4水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:珍珠通络丸联合针刺治疗脑梗死疗效显著,可有效缓解炎症,改善神经功能。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zhenzhu Tongluo pills combined with acupuncture for cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic treatment and acupuncture,and the study group was additionally treated with Zhenzhu Tongluo pills based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects and the levels of inflammatory factors in serum in the two groups were compared.The improvement of neurological function was observed.Results:The total effective rate was 92.50%in the study group,higher than that of 75.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significance difference being found in the comparison of the scores of National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-4(IL-4)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores and IL-6 levels in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the NIHSS score and IL-6 level in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the IL-4 levels in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the IL-4 level in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhenzhu Tongluo pills combined with acupuncture has a significant curative effect in treating cerebral infarction,which can effectively relieve inflammation and improve neurological function.
