摘　　要：提高企业家创新能力是推动企业转型升级、提高企业竞争力的关键。本文运用创新理论,从创新动力层、创新素质层、创新能力层和创新环境层四个层面解析企业家创新能力系统,并基于系统动力相关理论,探讨企业家创新能力的结构、影响因素及其内在联系。结合当前面企业家创新临的新形势,针对企业家创新能力系统的四个层面,提出了提升企业家创新能力的路径。Improving entrepreneur innovation ability is the key to promoting enterprise transformation and upgrading enterprise competitiveness.Entrepreneur's innovation ability is analyzed based on the innovation theory from four levels:innovation motivation,innovation quality,innovation ability and innovation environment.Then the structure,influencing factors and their internal relations of entrepreneur's innovation ability are discussed.Combined with the current new situation,paths enhancing entrepreneurs'innovation ability are put forward.
