跨境电商背景下商务英语专业人才培养模式研究--以苏州旅游与财经高等职业技术学校为例

摘　　要：跨境电商已经成为国家和地区经济的新增长点,但跨境电商企业人才需求严重不足。跨境电商企业对人才的要求与高职校跨境电商人才培养模式有待进入对接。以苏州旅游与财经高职校商务英语专业为研究对象,结合跨境电商为人才培养带来的机遇与挑战,对跨境电商所需人才的能力素质进行探讨,从人才的供给侧进行改革,提出“教师先行,基于项目,在线学习,多方驱动”的特色人才培养模式。Cross-border e-commerce has become a new growth point of regional economy,56%of e-commerce enterprises are in a state of serious shortage of talent demand.The contradiction between the requirements of cross-border e-commerce enterprises for talents and the talent training mode of high vocational schools is becoming increasingly prominent.Based on suzhou tourism and financial business English major of high vocational schools,as the research object,combined with cross-border electricity for talents cultivation,the opportunities and challenges,to discuss cross-border electricity business ability quality,from the supply side of personnel reform,put forward"face the employment,based on the project,online learning,many drivers"feature of talent training mode.
