开放式创新提升企业绩效的中介路径探讨--基于沪深A股上市公司统计数据的实证分析

摘　　要：开放式创新帮助企业突破自身边界获取外部资源,推动企业加快研发调整速度,进而提升企业绩效。尽管以往研究成果已涉及开放式创新与企业绩效间的关系,但对开放式创新影响企业绩效中介路径的论证尚有不足且缺乏来自统计数据的实证分析。笔者基于资源基础理论、协同理论和知识基础观,构建有调节的中介模型,根据国泰安数据库(CSMAR)和中国研究数据服务平台(CNRDS)2013-2020年沪深A股制造业上市公司数据,运用多元线性回归分析,验证了开放式创新对企业绩效的影响及研发调整速度、学习能力在其中的作用。结果证实:实施开放式创新通过加快研发调整速度促进了企业绩效的提升,而且学习能力越强的企业,这种促进作用越明显。本研究通过实证分析开放式创新提升企业绩效的中介路径,揭示了开放式创新影响企业绩效的作用机理,丰富了开放式创新与企业研发方面的相关文献,为企业实施开放式创新策略及提升绩效提供了理论依据。Open innovation helps enterprises break through their own boundaries to obtain external resources, and promotes enterprises to speed up R&D adjustment, thus improving enterprise performance.Although previous research results have involved the relationship between open innovation and enterprise performance, the demonstration of the mediating path of the impact of open innovation on enterprise performance is insufficient and empirical analysis from statistical data is lacking.Based on the resource-based theory, synergy theory and knowledge-based view, the author constructs a moderated intermediary model.According to the financial data of a-share manufacturing listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2013 to 2020 obtained from CSMAR database and China Research Data Service Platform(CNRDS),authors adopt multiple linear regression analysis in this paper to study the mediating path and boundary conditions between open innovation and enterprise performance.The results show that the implementation of open innovation can effectively improve enterprise performance by accelerating the speed of R&D adjustment, and the stronger the learning ability of the enterprise, the more obvious the promotion effect.Through empirical analysis of the mediating path of open innovation to improve enterprise performance, this study reveals the mechanism of open innovation affecting enterprise performance, enriches the relevant literature on open innovation and enterprise R&D,and provides theoretical basis for enterprises to implement open innovation strategies and improve performance.
