培脾舒肝汤联合铝碳酸镁治疗术后胆汁反流性胃炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察培脾舒肝汤治疗胆囊切除术后胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例胆囊切除术后胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机平均分为两组各40例,对照组予铝碳酸镁咀嚼片治疗,治疗组予培脾舒肝汤联合铝碳酸镁咀嚼片治疗。4周为1个疗程。比较观察两组治疗前后总有效率、中医证候积分、内镜下镜像表现等指标。结果:治疗组及对照组总有效率分别为90%和75%,治疗组患者的证候积分、内镜下镜像表现及总有效率均高于对照组(P﹤0.05),治疗组较对照组疗效更佳(P﹤0.05)。结论:培脾舒肝汤联合铝碳酸镁治疗术后胆汁反流性胃炎临床疗效肯定。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Peipi Shugan decoction on bile reflux gastritis after cholecystectomy. Methods:80 cases of patients with bile reflux gastritis after cholecystectomy were randomly and averagely divided into two groups,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hydrotalcite chewable tablets, while the treatment group was treated with Peipi Shugan decoction and hydrotalcitechewable tablets. Four weeks was a course of treatment. The total effective rate, TCM syndrome score and endoscopic mirror manifestation etc. indexes were observed and compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate was 90% in treatment group and 75% in control group respectively. TCM symptom score, endoscopic mirror manifestation and total effective rate of patients in treatment group were higher than those in control group(P﹤0.05),and the clinical efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group(P ﹤ 0.05). Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Peipi Shugan decoction and hydrotalcite on bile reflux gastritis after cholecystectomy is definite.
