摘 要:新任教师处于教师职业生涯的开端。面对国外中文学习者低龄化态势,探讨新任国际中文教师在国外中小学教育体系的教学适应难题,有助于完善国际中文教育师资培养体系、提高师资培养质量、精准服务国外中文教学需求。主要采用访谈法,对中央民族大学与美国6所高校联合培养的30位中小学中文教师进行了调查。研究发现,新任国际中文教师在美国中小学面临着课堂管理、差异化教学、选择教学方法、选择课程材料、激发学生学习兴趣以及与家长交往六大教学挑战,产生根源是学科教学知识(PCK)的缺乏。研究提出建立以“三位一体”“一个学习”为理念的中外联合培养机制,即“中外课程一体、实践反思一体、职前职后一体”和“终身学习”。将学科教学知识作为人才培养内核,推动新任教师专业知识转型升级,提升国外中文教学品质,加快中文教育的国际化进程。New teachers are at the beginning of their professional careers.To address the younger age of overseas Chinese learners, the article discusses the teaching adaptation difficuties of new international Chinese teachers in overseas primary and secondary education system, which will benefit to improve the teacher training system, improve the quality of teacher training, and accurately serve the needs of overseas Chinese teaching.The article adopted interview method and conducted reseach among 30 Chinese teachers in primary and secondary schools jointly trained by Minzu University of China and six American universities. The study found that new international Chinese teachers face six major teaching challenges in American primary and secondary schools. These issues are rooted in the lack of Pedagogical Content Knowledge(PCK). This paper proposes to establish a joint training mechanism with the concept of “three-integration”and “one-learning”, namely “integration of Chinese and foreign courses, integration of practice and reflection, integration of pre-employment and post-employment, and ”lifelong learning". The article proposes to take PCK as the core of issue for professional training, while promoting the transformation and upgrading of new teachers’ professional knowledge, improving the quality of overseas teaching, and accelerating the process of internationalization of Chinese education.
