摘　　要：宽厚板生产线轧机主电机驱动中压变频器,在一时期出现故障,IGCT相模块损坏较多,本文通过对IGCT工作原理、检测工具及检测流程阐述,提供一种对IGCT项目块中的关键部件IGCT检测方法,为自行利用现有备件进行修复IGCT项模块提供依据,从而可以更加经济和高效掌控备件情况。The main motor of the wide-thick plate production line mill drives the medium voltage inverter,which fails in a period of time,and the IGCT phase module is more damaged,this paper provides a key component IGCT detection method for the IGCT project block by explaining the working principle,detection tools and inspection process of IGCT project block,and provides the basis for repairing the IGCT item module by using existing spare parts,so as to control the spare parts situation more economically and efficiently.
